That’s pretty funny.
I was pretty bummed when I found out that there was even the remotest possibility that he was going to play the role. I guess I didn't REALLY believe that he would get it. Why the hell would hollywood cast someone as controversial as Hanson, as you so elegantly put it, in a 20 million dollar movie and expect the general public to pay to see it? They wouldn’t, not when you can get pretty boy Depp to play the character and pull in the bucks.
