Megan and I want to Lincoln city in OR. to visit her family. It was a lot of fun, though I was really fuckinng tired most the trip. I worked grave the day before we left, got home from work, took a shower, then left for Lincoln city. That same day we visited her family, I took a 2 hour nap, and was up all night. I think I got a total of 4 hours rest the whole time there.

Her grandma was a pretty neat lady. She looked just like a grandma. She was cute, in that little grandma kinda way, but the moment she opened her mouth, the illusion vanished. She is one ultra left winger, I tell ya. Not afraid to speak her mind. She visited with me for a few hours, telling me about how she just got Ultima for her Play Station 2 and played for 20 hours the other night. She told me it wasn’t uncommon for her to be on it 14 hours at a time. She also said that the game didn’t come with directions, because she bought it used, and was pissed because she didn’t know what to do with the herbs she’s finding. She was a pretty neat lady.

After meeting Megan’s mom, I understand Megan so much better. They are quite a bit alike. Her mom is just as out spoken as Grandma and Megan. She is a bit bitter of our government and society in general, and had no qualms telling anyone about it. If she had been born in the 70s, she would have made a great punker.

We had a good time. I’m sure glad we went.
